House bills HB 630 and HB 433 both focus on regulating the treatment and use of gold and silver as legal tender in Missouri under the “Constitutional Money Act.”
The Constitutional Money Act, as defined by both HB 630 and HB 433, establishes the legal framework for recognizing gold and silver (“specie”) as legal tender in Missouri.
SB4 is currently being debated once again on the Senate floor. We call on all our Conservative Senators to filibuster this bill and keep it from coming to a vote!
